Riverina | Australia

Sweet rose petal notes and generous, sweet lychee fruit, balanced by fresh citrus flavours.
About the Producer
The De Bortoli story is one of determination and triumph, beginning 90 years ago and now told across generations in Australia. It reflects the immigrant journey, the growth of the Australian wine industry, and a hardworking, innovative family who value good wine, food, and friends. Now in its fourth generation, De Bortoli is among Australia’s top producers, with vineyards across six premium regions. Traminer blocks are chosen for their lifted spice, musk, and rose petal notes, blended with floral and citrus Riesling. A Champagne-derived yeast strain enhances Traminer’s varietal traits. Fermentation lasts 10–14 days in stainless steel.
