Crafted using a time-honoured distillation process, Daffy’s Gin is made with the finest botanicals and pure Scottish water sourced from the distillery’s own spring. The botanicals, including juniper, Lebanese mint, and rare varieties of citrus, are carefully selected to create a harmonious and balanced flavour profile. The distillation process, carried out in traditional copper pot stills, allows for the delicate extraction of flavours, resulting in a gin that is both smooth and complex.

The botanicals included stretch from Italy to Indonesia which include Lebanese mint, Italian lemon peel, Chinese cassia bark and Spanish oranges. Fresh, woody and floral with oriental pine followed by a smooth, oaky mouthfeel, lively citrus and refreshing mint.
