Cotswolds, Single Malt Whisky
46.0% | 70.0cl
The Cotswold’s Distillery traces its roots back to 2014 when it was founded by Daniel Szor, a whisky enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional spirits. Inspired by the local landscape and the abundance of high-quality ingredients, Szor embarked on a journey to craft a unique single malt whisky that would rival the finest in the world.
Using only the finest locally grown barley and the purest water from the nearby Cotswold Hills, Cotswold’s Single Malt Whisky is meticulously crafted in small batches. Traditional production methods, combined with modern techniques, ensure the spirit’s distinct character and unparalleled quality.
The whisky is carefully matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and reconditioned red wine casks, allowing it to develop its signature flavour profile.
Tasting Note
Honey, ripe pear and baked apple on the nose, with hints of oak and vanilla in support. Citrus zest and malted barley on the palate alongside a subtle spice. Long and satisfying finish with caramel and a touch of ginger.
