Cline Cellars, Zinfandel Old Vines
Lodi, CA | USA

Dark berry fruit combines with gentle spice, culminating in a lasting vanilla finish and supple tannins.
About the Producer
Cline’s Lodi Zinfandel is crafted for harmony, early drinkability, and elegant structure. Sourced from 14 premier vineyards, including vines planted in the 1950s in the legendary Lodi region. Grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed to preserve fruit and minimize harsh tannins. Fermentation occurs moderately warm in closed stainless steel tanks with specific yeast strains. The wine is racked two to three times before aging eight months in 35% new medium-toast French oak, adding delicate toasty vanilla notes without overpowering the vibrant fruit.
Food Pairing
This wine will pair very well with roast belly pork and any spicy stew or chowder.
