Champagne Bollinger La Grande Annee 2012

The Bollinger Champagne House’s carefully preserved traditional knowledge is embodied in La Grande Année. As a result, the wine is only fermented in modest seasoned oak barrels.

This traditional artisan approach, which aids in the development of delicate fragrances, has never been abandoned by Champagne Bollinger.

Even today, after a long period of ageing on the lees, each bottle of La Grande Année is riddled and disgorged by hand.

This Champagne has delicate colour and golden hues at first glance, which are often a sign of the wine’s maturity and indicative of Bollinger’s winemaking processes.

The nose is full and expressive. Apricot, almond, and hazelnut smells mingle with honey and cereal notes in a symphony of aromas.

Texture and structure are outstanding. It’s dense, smooth, and has a lingering finish.
Fresh and full-bodied with a smooth, polished finish.
