Produced in Burgundy, France, Boudier Elderflower is an artisanal liqueur lovingly crafted by House Boudier, an acclaimed spirits producer since 1958. Boudier handpicks fresh elderflower blooms in spring when the flowers are at their aromatic peak.

The delicate blossoms are quickly transported to the distillery where they are gently infused with neutral spirit for several weeks to capture the essence of elderflower.

Boudier uses a slow, cold maceration process to preserve the vibrant floral notes. The resulting distillate is blended with sugar syrup and spring water from the Burgundy region to create this exquisite liqueur.

Tasting Note

Fresh elderflower, tropical lychee and gooseberry spring from the glass, with jasmine and lemon verbena adding a perfume-like quality. The palate is satiny smooth, with layers of honeydew melon, green apple and lemon curd through the mid-palate. Elderflower and lychee return on the long, lingering finish.
