Mabis, Biscardo – Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore
The Biscardo family have been making wine for well over 150 years and currently run by brothers Maurizio and Martino. The Ripasso wines have more structure and fruit from the use of the skins of the sun dried grapes and 12 months oak aging.
Full flavoured with heaps of cherry and dried fruit, a silky, velvety palate. Rich and long on the finish.
