Bar Buoy Cocktails – Born by the Sea
Bar Buoy Cocktails was born on Exmouth beach in Devon during lockdown in 2020. Founder Tim Ball, with over 25 years’ experience in the bar industry, set himself the challenge of creating the perfect Margarita.
After months of perfecting the recipe, Tim began taking flasks of his cocktails to the beach to share with friends. The reaction was simple: “Why don’t you bottle it?”
And so Bar Buoy was born.
Today, the family-run Devon business produces premium, bar-quality cocktails using quality spirits and ingredients, all made in Exmouth. From that original Margarita, the range has grown to include a selection of classic and contemporary cocktails — bringing a little taste of the Devon coast to wherever you enjoy your drink.

Tasting Note

A sparkling, floral spritz that’s effortlessly light and elegant. Delicate elderflower liqueur and lemon are lifted by a crisp fizz of Knightor wine and sparkling soda, with a refreshing botanical base from Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’. It’s sunshine in a glass—bright, floral and ultra-refreshing.
