About the Producer
Grapes are grown at 1,700m in the Finca Río Seco vineyards, Cafayate Valley, Salta. Surrounded by ancient cacti, the 15-year-old vines are hand-harvested in 20 kg bins in the 3rd week of April.
Food Pairing
Red meat is the order of the day, with salt-marsh lamb or chargrilled steak being a good match.
