Light, refreshing and fruity, bursting with strawberries, raspberries and pear drops. A light spritz adds to the freshness.

About the Producer

The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.

Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d’oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.
