Emiliana ‘Adobe’, Gewürztraminer ORAGNIC
Rapel Valley | Chile

The nose offers floral aromas of jasmine, lychee and honey. The floral notes reappear on the palate, along with apricot and mandarin orange. Absolutely delicious!
About the Producer
Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The process is carefully managed to maintain temperatures at 15º–17ºC (59º–63º), with gentle aeration and delicate lees stirring to reach the desired results. The wine was fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to prevent tartaric precipitations in the bottle.
Food Pairing
It is excellent paired with sushi, sashimi and ginger to offset the wasabi heat. Also great with Thai dishes, particularly dry fried curries with prawn.

Fun Fact
Gewürz means ‘spicy’ and Traminer means ‘from Tramin’, a small town in Southern Tyrol. Experts believe the grape is named after this town so literally means ‘The spicy wine from Tramin’.
