Created by The Cornish Distilling Co. at Norton Barton on the North Cornish coast, Wolf Moon is part of the distillery’s range of handcrafted Cornish spirits. The distillery is known for producing its spirits in small batches in the heart of Cornwall, with a strong connection to the rugged landscape and Atlantic coast.

Tasting Note

Dark and aromatic, with rich caramel, treacle and warming spice on the nose. The palate is smooth and rounded, bringing notes of dark brown sugar, vanilla, dried fruit and gentle oak, with a subtle peppery warmth adding depth. Full-bodied yet approachable, with a lingering, softly spiced finish.
