Romania
A brilliant spicy nose of black pepper, black berry, black currant and red cherry. A bit pinot noir-y! Medium bodied with rich, grippy, very dry tannins but beautifully balanced acidity. A hint of coffee on the finish.

Bella Modella Primitivo
Italy
A rich ruby ​​red wine with garnet reflections, intense violets, black currants, plum jam and a touch of spice. The tannins are sweet and the flavour is full and round.

Cota 700 Dao, Carlos Lucas Vinhos
Portugal
A red wine for those that want to try something a little different. The vineyard is so quaint, encircled by a stream and adjacent to a pine, eucalyptus and oak forest. Winemaking and viticulture is very traditional – all by hand. This delightful blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz is serious stuff with black berry fruit and great structure.

Prisma Monastrell, Paco Mulero Jumilla, Organic
Spain
Hand picked organic Monastrell (AKA Mouvedre) from the dusty hot Jumilla region in Southern Spain. We love the mix of plums, figs and bramble fruit, a hint of spice and superbly balancing acidity on the finish.

Adobe Carmenere Organic

A wine made with nature in mind. A stonkingly good Carmenère that has an intense nose of plum and redcurrant leading to a toasty blackcurrant palate and a decent structure.

The Pugilist Cabernet Sauvignon
Australia
This Cabernet Sauvignon spends 10 months in French oak barrels, enough time to give the wine a toasty spice, complimenting the perfumed cherry, violet and dried herb notes.
