A sumptuous, inky, maroon, blackberry gin full of dark berry goodness.
There’s an initial hit of bright Summer pudding and frangipani on the palate with a zesty, sherbety mouth feel and fragrant sweetness from the wildflower honey.
The nose brings crisp, fragrant juniper still prominent as the backbone of the gin, with notes of blackberry crumble, wild red berries and sweet spice.
Candied lemon sherbet and zingy blackberry sorbet to finish, with balance and rounded sweetness coming from the honey. Retains a lovely dryness to the finish due to zero added sugar.

Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin has it’s own cocktail straight from Southwestern Distillery;
Blackberry & Sicilian Lemonade:
- 50ml Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin
- Top with Sicilian Lemonade
- Garnish with a Lemon Twist and a sprig of Thyme with lots of ice
Fill a high-ball glass with ice then add your Blackberry Gin and Sicilian Lemonade.
Give a quick stir then garnish with a lemon twist and thyme.
