Penderyn Celt Whisky 70cl, 41%

Penderyn Distillery is situated on the tip of the Brecon Beacons, chosen due to the site’s proximity to fresh natural spring water. They produce their own malted barley spirit which, when matured, is recognised worldwide as one of the finest single malts. Penderyn Celt Whisky uses their award winning single malt and ages it ex-peated quarter casks to release a deeper peaty flavour and aroma. The nose is bold with smoky peat mingled with warmed, orange marmalade. The palate gives a delicate vanilla and orange zest sweetness with a peaty descension and a lingering freshness in the mouth.
