Made using the traditional London Dry method in small batches using ‘Isabelle’, a copper alembic still named after their much loved Granddaughter. Named Ivaar the Boneless as a nod to Exeter’s rich history and Viking links.
The 70cl bottle label lower foil is embossed with runes which translate to :”Fight like a Viking and defend like a Saxon”

Tasting Note

Using the finest botanicals including tarragon, basil, cardamon and marigold with finishing notes of cinnamon and orange. This navy strength is all about taste, quality and a super smooth finish with a refined sophisticated profile that reflects not just the spirit of Exeter but also the rich heritage of British distilling.
