Drinks maverick, Gerry Calabrese uses a wide range of botanicals such as coconut, grapefruit and ginger to create a complex yet balanced palate after a 5 day maceration followed by distillation in a 150 year old copper pot stills. This gin gives a sweet and creamy coconut flavour with crisp bitter grapefruit which develops into a playful, smooth gin.
