Gabriel Boudier Creme de Mure Sauvages Liqueur
The house of Gabriel Boudier has extensive liqueur knowledge and expertise of more than 140 years. Over the decades, Boudier has invented and diversified into an exceptional range of liqueurs and crème de fruits. The blackberry liqueur is made by macerating wild blackberries from Morocco and Chile in alcohol before added sugar to balance the acidity.
It has an aromatic nose of blackberry and raspberry jam with a hint of violets. On the tongue is lingering blackberry fruits with a touch of vanilla and chocolate. Luxury in a glass!
