Founded in Dijon in 1874, Maison Gabriel Boudier has built its reputation on traditional French liqueur-making and is particularly renowned for its fruit and crème liqueurs. The house remains committed to traditional techniques while continuing to develop its range for modern cocktail culture. Gabriel Boudier’s Crème de Menthe Verte is made from carefully selected mint leaves, which are macerated and then distilled to extract their fresh, herbaceous character. Mint essential oil is added to intensify the flavour, while sugar is dissolved cold into the infusion to preserve freshness and balance. Bottled at 21% ABV, it has a vivid chlorophyll-green colour and a distinctly refreshing style.

Tasting Note

Intensely fresh and aromatic, with vibrant garden mint and a subtle peppery spice. The palate is cool, sweet and herbaceous, with a powerful yet clean mint character and a long, refreshing finish.
